Now these may look big in the picture, but they are MINI cupcakes, making them even more evil because you can pop in 2 or 3 without even realizing it! Even my sugar-shy husband popped 3 in when he got home from work- that's what I call baking success!

Matt and I got a visit from a medical examiner this morning for the underwriting process of our life insurance policy....fun, right? I was very proud of myself for not passing out when the guy took a blood sample (which is what happened last time I got my blood drawn). Matt said to hide the cupcakes before he got there so our premium wouldn't be higher for eating unhealthy foods. Turns out, we just offered the guy a cupcake.
